Welcome to Xclaw AI. Xclaw AI is an AI-powered agentic tool developed by Inscriptions Technology Limited ("the Company", "we", "us") that leverages artificial intelligence to assist with task automation and complex workflows ("the Service"). By downloading, installing or using Xclaw AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Important: Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. Key provisions regarding limitations of liability and user responsibilities are highlighted in bold.
By accessing or using Xclaw AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Xclaw AI acts as an interface between you and third-party AI models (including but not limited to DeepSeek, Qwen, Minimax) and tools. All AI capabilities are powered by third-party large language models. Operations performed on your local device or third-party software based on AI output are considered your own actions. You are solely responsible for all consequences arising from your use of the Service.
You agree to: (a) use the Service only for lawful purposes; (b) not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or modify the software; (c) not use the Service to generate harmful, illegal, or infringing content; (d) keep your account credentials secure.
Paid products (such as setup guides and AI credits) are charged in USD via Airwallex. All payments are final unless the setup fails as described in our risk-free guarantee. In that case, you may request a full refund by contacting business@insc.dev within 7 days of purchase.
All intellectual property rights in Xclaw AI are owned by Inscriptions Technology Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software for personal or internal business purposes.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. AI models may produce inaccurate or biased outputs — you should independently verify any AI-generated content before relying on it.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSCRIPTIONS TECHNOLOGY LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
